I LOVE MY HAIR IT CAME OUT AMAZING FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!!! The owner braided my hair and she stitched my hair to perfection. I got so many compliments🥰🥰🥰 THANK YOU AGAIN you have a forever client!!!! I just got my hair done on mesa. I’m not a confrontational person and I paid as quoted (once I realized my error). I waited an hr for the stylist to get to the correct location I didn’t complain or give her a hard time.However I’m very unhappy with my hair! The braids beautifully done. The back sewin I can deal with although not what I was expecting.. but this ponytail.. absolutely awful! My track is showing and I fall awfully with the track in between show. I spent $260 plus the cost of 4 new bundles..I advise this as soon as I got in my car.. she redid and it’s remains an issue! I got frustrated and left, but I wanted you to beware as I’m going to have to ask someone else to fix it. No customer should leave feeling completely unsatisfied after spending that kind of money

I googled best hair braiding in Houston. After extensive research I decided on Britt because I wanted some stitch braids. According to pictures and review they were exactly what I was looking for. They took me as a walkin. Gracias was my braider. She did an amazing job. Showed her my inspiration and she executed it perfectly. She was friendly. Great attention to detail. She braids tight so they will last but not so tight that it’s pulling your hair out your scalp. She took her time not rushing but still got me out in a timely manner. I absolutely love it. And they are close to my house. First pic what I wanted second pic is what I got. She ate down!
