Broad Nail Salon

I have been going here for years now and Michelle is the only one i let do my nails because she is fast neat and does nice designs. Shop is clean and well kept and though they do get busy im usually out within a hour and a half n i got my refill and feet done so not to bad. I just wish they would start taking credit/ debit

Love it!!! There they are friendly and I have like no nails and when they do my nails they stay on for 3weeks!! I love it there!!! I go there only now

Waited 15 minutes, the salon was not crowded seemed they just don’t care about customers

Terrible experience! I went to have powder taken off and gel put on. The tech literally started pulling the hardened powder off my nails with a nail clip! Painful ! Then he ripped my natural nail. When I naturally became upset about it , he got loud and mad with ME l! Unbelievable. He apologized about ripping the nail only after I said that he should. However, he was still totally out of line and sat there Justifying his actions instead of taking accountability for them. Tried to make me feel like I shouldn’t be upset. Totally unprofessional place. My last time going for sure.

They are very pushy they over charged me for services I didn’t need nor asked for! I was just coming to get a few nails repaired and they charged me for a full set!! Not to mention I was just there 2days prior so it’s not like my fresh nail where done at another salon. The tune they use with customers is disrespectful, condescending, and unexceptionable! May I add that the materials they use are cheap it’s no reason why fresh tips should break 48hrs later!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY WITH THEM Zero stars the nail salon on Wazsworth ave or Cedar Brooke Plaza are the best in the area hands down
