I went to this business to use his notary services. This guy running this store is a cheap one. I didn't know that by law, he could only charge me $2.00 for each notary signature. He charged me $5.00. He's not supposed to charge that. I went to him, he didn't come to me. I will never do business with this junk shop again. Why are people so greedy and willing to take advantage? Should be ashamed, but he's not. It's what greedy people do.

He does not follow the rules for doing notary’s. People don’t have to be there to sign and he still does it.
