Absolutely horrendous. I got a uv gel fill in, with french tips. I asked for almond shape but they didn’t file my nails to that shape. I originally had round shaped nails. I left with the same shape. The quality of their work is subpar. I have never seen a nail tech do a fill in and only cover half of my nail with the gel. She literally filled in for the space where my nails grew out. Then she filed the nails to smooth out the nail. Obviously when you fill in only half the nail, whatever you file won’t be completely smooth. The texture of my nails were lumpy and there were bubbles. Then the nail tech left bubbles in the actual polish. The french tips she drew on are uneven. And overall i had to ask multiple times for her to fix the bubbles. The cost was even more ridiculous. She told me ti
Love these ladies! Been coming here for years and they always take care of me - usually pedicure, foot massage, and back massage. When I do get gel polish (dip or regular) the nails always come out great. They are also great about fixing something a couple days later if you need it.
I don't normally write reeviews but I felt compelled to this time. I went in for a simple gel manicure and ended up leaving with a bleeding finger. The nail technician cut through my skin while removing my cuticle, leaving an open wound (an obvious health hazard in any salon, given that tools are shared between clients.) I planned to tell her that it was fine, pay in full and accept her apology, however... Despite seeing that her nail tech had injured me, the owner coldly demanded a tip; as if cutting a customer’s finger and making them bleed was part of the service. I was shocked. I had intended to leave politely, but that demand, after such carelessness, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Unhygienic, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. I left upset and anxious. Won'
Ladies there are incredibly nice and polite. They give you a nice neck massage for a few seconds after they're done with nails. This was my second time there and pictures are 48 hrs after I left, same thing happened last time making them my shortest lasting regular polish manicure. The problem is the poor technique, they soak nails in water which will lead to a load of water being absorbed in our porous nails and quickly crack hrs later once the nail dries out. Also, neither the nail polish or top coat application is extended over the free edge of the nail which just makes the polish at risk for peeling off quickly (see pictures). Would recommend place re-evaluates the current standard process they use for manicure and improve the current techniques so that the final result can last at le
I came today to do a regular pedicure and they left it the same way I came she only scraped a nothing on it for 2 seconds and try to charge me 20 bucks for the callus remover I said no way then they tipped themselves bad service
