Much needed in the area. So glad they opened. Everything is clean and organized. I got some hair grease, hair gel and earrings. I’ll probably frequently shop here instead of going to harlem.

I was interested in the new beauty supply store that opened up. But haven’t had a chance to walk in till today. I just got back home. They have a decent inventory. There was definitely a need for a beauty supply store in this area. However, I didn’t appreciate being followed around the store by security. From the moment I walked into the store, every single turn I took he walked over and readjusted, and tried to pretend like he wasn’t looking at me. I was the ONLY customer in the store! So imagine just how obvious and awkward it was. To be honest the store just opened up. It’s usually empty. Most people don’t even know it exists. At no point did being followed lead to anyone actually asking me if I needed any help. I almost didn’t buy anything. I usually just go to the beauty supply store

The Bronx Beauty Vault is a beautiful store with top-notch customer care. It was incredibly easy to find the products I needed for my hair. The employees are incredibly helpful and always greet me with a smile, making every shopping experience a great one.

They have a vast selection of items. Not the brands I typically go for, but I love seeing another beauty supply in the area.The “security” shoots up from his chair once he notices someone is in the store and starts following you around. For the first time I went in and there was another person, so he opted to stand by the door. The woman at the register is very helpful! But the guy needs to either be more helpful or less of an unpleasant presence while shopping. The prices are similar to other beauty supply stores. If you don’t mind having a man 5ft behind you at all times looking away from when you look in his direction while shopping, I guess it’s worth it.

I recently visited this store to purchased a human hair wig and I must admit that I am extremely pleased with it. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. My need were understood and I was guided to the perfect match. The hair is incredibly soft, super easy to style and not to mention how natural it feels. I highly recommend them.
