I adore this salon! Best service I have received ever. Clean and professional workers. Front desk staff is always accommodating and polite. I absolutely recommend going to Nicole for your lashes. She is the most talented and precise at doing lashes. I always had good experience with various nail techs but I highly recommend Gulnaz and Natasha for your nails and pedicure. Best nail techs and do an incredible job always. <3

Katya should not be touching anyone’s hands for a living — and I’m saying that as someone who came in for the most basic, “can’t mess this up” service: a Russian gel removal. Somehow, she still managed to hurt a 17-year-old and then act like we were the problem for being upset about it. I called Brooklyn Beauty Lounge at 6:30 PM to ask if my younger sister (17) could get her Russian gel removed, because her usual nail tech wasn’t available. They scheduled us for 7:30 PM, knowing they close at 8 PM. So don’t take a late appointment if your staff is going to treat the client like an obstacle between them and going home.
