I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure just for a spontaneous self care day but was not very happy with the added fees they tack on. They one: didn’t use regular nail polish and instead put gel polish on just without the lamp and 4 of my nails have already chipped. It’s been less than 8 hours. Two: I’ve never had a pedicure where scrubbing of the feet was an additional $15. I wasn’t aware of this up charge but it makes sense now because when I checked out the price didn’t add up until I looked at the receipt Definitely will not be back 😪
I’ve been here several times, but this time round was an unpleasant experience. I came to get a regular mani-pedi with gel. My Pedicure was very pleasant, and the person that did it was respectful so I have no complaints on that. But for some reason, I received the most rude and unprofessional employee to do my full set nails. At first everything was fine, until I asked for what design I wanted for my nails. I told him that I wanted a domino inspired design and showed him a photo off their Instagram page of someone that had a domino nail. And then he started doing it incorrectly. When I pointed it out and I showed him a complete reference photo of what I was going for, (which were dominoes), he started defending himself and villainizing me for not being “clear” which is unfair to me. And w
I'll start off with something nice. The decor of the establishment is very appealing and modern. Now that I've gotten that out the way, my overall experience was unsatisfactory. My wife and I went there for a mani/ pedi date back in August. We heard of the place from an influencer on Instagram. The nail techs are inexperienced, they cant communicate in English, and they made our nails thin. My nails just came back to normal 3 months later. The receptionist was rude. My wife's nail tech (different than her pedicure person) was also rude and refused to accommodate a simple request that her usual nail salon does. Needless to say "one and done" I regret spending nearly $300
I received a pedicure and the experience was horrible the lady with the blonde green is hair wasn’t attentive she rushed the entire process. I had to tell her to make my toe nails even. Then I told her I wanted the 70 dollar spa she gave me the 35 dollar one when I told her that she not doing what I asked she said it was too late and started to paint my toes and walked off and went to another client and never off to put my feet under the dryer because I didn’t get gel so I needed to dry. I was suppose to get my eyebrows done as well but because of how she acted I didn’t want them doing my eyebrows. THE PEDICURE WAS TRASH!!
They did a great job with your feet/pedicure but I think the manicure is a little too pricey especially for a very short length. Not even a week yet and everything starts breaking off waste of $200 and didn’t even got what I asked for.
