Terrible service. 1st off there is a language barrier. They know basic words like sit, thank you and pay. Showed them a picture of what my daughter wanted. Not even close. They colored her eyebrows to dark and the the eyebrows henna was drawn on like a sharpie. Basically a rounded unibrow, made way to big. She looked like a Latino, not a hot Latino but a sharpie Latino. She looks awful, she was in tears all day. No refund, nothing. They couldn't even apologize cause they don't know English. Our fault I guess for trusting a place in the mall and a couple of women without any credibility or even a certification. I DO NOT recommend. Trust me go somewhere else.

Chikky took care of our brows today :) it was such a great and fast experience. She did so great and got my eyebrows right!

Chikky did her thing today! I was very hesitant because it's my first time letting someone else shape me up. Plus a tint!?!? She did that.

Chikky was absolutely amazing did my eyebrows the amazingly, truly better than I have had in a long time ❤️❤️ did my mothers eyebrows as well and colored them the most accurate color match to her hair I’ve ever seen ! I will be comming back here:)
