I had such a great experience with Sophie at Arc Brow Alderwood I. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. Sophie took the time to understand exactly how I like my brows and shaped them perfectly while still keeping them natural. Her attention to detail is amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. My brows have never looked this clean and balanced before! That’s just my personal two cents may be able to help improve your service and succeed you to the point where you get more and more customers. Also, once in my car and what better lighting, I can see that the face threading is not done throughly. There are lots of hair and I wish I could take a picture to post. I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience at Browarc. I always book my appointments with Suman because she is amazing at what she does. She has done my eyebrows and upper lip many times and helped shape and define my brows perfectly. I trust her completely, which is why I specifically choose her. Recently, however, the entire vibe felt off. Suman was only allowed to do eyebrow threading and was not permitted to do my upper lip. It was very uncomfortable to watch someone who clearly knows her job being stopped from doing it. I would have accepted this if the replacement service was done properly, but unfortunately the store manager took over and did the upper lip waxing without even checking the wax temperature and seemed unsure about the technique.
