Brow Arc - Southcenter Mall

I have gone to this place a few times and I have to be honest. The factor in which I gave them only 4 stars is that while threading my eyebrows, the tech was pulling very slowly. Which is painful? And feels like you're pulling one hair out at a time. I have been doing threading on my eyebrows for almost 2 decades. I started in Iraq and in Turkey, where they are extremely proficient in going very fast. And still getting the lines and hairs perfect. It's only here in America where I noticed. They pull very slowly, which increases the pain and I experienced this at this facility. I will agree with some of the other reviews that they are very persistent in selling products but I stand strong in the things I do and do not want. So it does not bother me very much. I have went to this place a couple times and never had this happen to me before the lady was very aggressive she broke the thread on the 3rd strike on a brand new thread it’s because she was being ruff and she was scraping my eye lid with the thread I told her to stop and she laughed and said oh it is supposed to hurt and even though I said no it hurt I rather you wax them, she got very mad and said she is not hurting me. Well I went to the car and I had 3 cuts on my eyelid!! Now it is scabbing and looks like I got into a fight. I do not recommend going to this facility ! This picture is the day after!! I called the number on the website as soon as it happened to turn the lady in so she won’t mark nobody else’s face up but nobody will return my call.

I come here from time to time because I like to get eyebrow threading for my eyebrows & upper lip, and it’s the only place I know that does it, but the ladies are so persistent trying to sell products and memberships and I always tell the NO to everything and they still continue to ask, I wish they would do that. I would come more often if they weren’t so persistent and just do the service I ask for.

I usually don't write review even if service is bad but this time I just want to warn other customers be careful when do laminate and tint and thread here. I guess they have to upsale but it is misleading. Come for eyebrows threading but the lady keeps talking about laminate because my eyebrows are down. And then tinting. And then she talked like the gel and the color is part of the process without clearly says that it is additional $23 for each and say it wouldn't be right without their products. It is so misleading the way she talked and my eyebrows are burn and it has been very hurtful. Literally I have multiple scars around the eyebrows area after finishing and my eyebrows have become so thin. You guys need to be trained probably and ask customers before you decide anything and don't l
