Brow art 23 Security Mall(Eyebrow Threading)

Not satisfied STILL after having to go back AGAIN to have the lady fix it. I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews, but I should have just went somewhere else. The lady was not prepared for my appointment at all, she did not wear a mask (respectfully I don’t wanna smell your lunch on your breath) and it is advertised as a 30 to 40 minute process, but she took an hour when it wasn’t even busy. Once she finished, I was running late going back to work already so I didn’t take a good look at the results until I saw it in the mirror and it looks like two different lashes. My left one looks sad while my right one looks good. I noticed she did not tint nor lift the inner corner lashes which is why it looks so different. So I had to return for her to fix it and it looked slightly b

Today was my first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded, The ambiance was very welcoming. Srijana noticed me && attentive to me right way , even while she was assisting a customer. The wait wasn’t long at all. She made sure to engage in conversation with me while servicing me at the same time. She had a very bubbly personality . She did a good job. I believe I was no more than 15mins

Visited yesterday, had a younger brow lady who ripped my skin on my right eyelid bad… swollen and painful. Didn’t seem like she was focused just coming back from a break and went in without changing her gloves & even handling cash in the middle of my eyebrows! 2 stars cause the first visit was good but this has never happened before and definitely makes me doubt coming back or referring anyone 😵
