I went here for an eyelash lift and tint, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I was the only customer there at the time, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. The process itself wasn’t painful, but the technician was not friendly and there was an awkward silence the entire appointment. She kept complaining that my eyelids wouldn’t stop shaking so she couldn’t do her job correctly. When I left, one eye looked fine, but the other looked terrible. The lashes were curled so tightly that they were touching the back of my eyelid. It looked uneven and extremely unnatural. I was very upset, and even my family immediately noticed how bad it looked. On top of that, some of my lashes have fallen out, and it actually hurts to open my eyes. I called the store to explain

Best place to get your eyebrows done. I only trust these ladies when it comes to my eyebrows. I used to go somewhere else and only would get them waxed. I decided one day to try out brow lash studios and i’m so happy I did. I now prefer getting my brows threaded and not waxed. No irritation and longer results. Also these ladies are amazing at what they do. They’re extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for my eyebrows other than brow lash studios. They also do amazing henna and they’re so fast!! Absolutely beautiful! I receive so many compliments from people about my henna. Thank you ladies!!

Brow Lash Studio is the only place I trust to touch my eyebrows in San Antonio. Nancy and Anita are amazing and professional estheticians! Think Kobe & Shaq, but with lashes and intuition. 💅🏽😉

Nancy is amazing. She does such great work, is kind, and has a gentle hand. I went to her years ago and was lucky enough to find her again once I moved back to Texas. The place is very clean and I love the location. Highly recommend this spot.
