Brow Rituals - A Beauty Company

I went to this business the other day and had a great time with Tiara and Christian. My wax and thread came out beautifully. However not every esthetician is nice. Theres one in there that is so rude and slouchy looking!!! I thought she was homeless! I was supposed to see her and she wasn't there, thank god the receptionist Donyell was able to squeeze me in with the two I saw. I recieved no apology from the person I was meant to see, I didn't even receive any acknowledgement from her. The shop itself is a mess. The chairs are broken, and don't look clean enough. The salon feels discombobulated in decor. It feels like its trying to be upscale but unable to do so. 3 stars, one for Christian, Donyell, and Tiara. The rest of it was a disappointment. The owner should take a look at her esthetic

Tiara is the absolute best. She did Henna and full cluster lashes and did a great job. She also threaded my eyebrows she has a very light hand and it was pretty much painless. She is super friendly and up beat too. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her in 3 weeks.

Tiara is a magician with eyebrows. So reasonably priced for the time and precision that is put into the eyebrow shaping. Would recommend over and over again!

The first time I had my brows done,, they were perfect! The next time I went, they were just ok. The left brows was shaped good, the right so much. I am now b in the process of getting them to grow back. It's been about 5 months now and I hate the way they are looking right now.

I had a really disappointing experience with Tiara. I came in expecting a proper eyebrow wax, but the wax wasn’t even hot and made no difference at all. She then used threading to “clean up” — which I didn’t ask for and made no noticeable improvement. To make things worse, her hands smelled strongly of smoke, which was really off-putting during such a close-contact service. Overall, this was awful. I left looking exactly the same and feeling like my time and money were wasted. I won’t be returning.
