Do NOT go there! I had a HORRIBLE experience. I went to get my brows threaded and the young lady was annoyed that I would not put my purse on the floor. She even went as far as to ask me if I don't put my bag on the floor at my house. Like, excuse me? What I do at my house is none of your business. I said what I said. I'm not putting my bag on the floor and that's on periodttt. Then she was annoyed when I asked her to sanitize her hands. When I was leaving, she told me I was very rude. No booboo, YOU are the rude one. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. This is by far my worst experience ever. I'm never going back.

I’ve gone to see two ladies since I’ve been coming here for about a few years now; Rinky and Sibel. Both very professional, friendly workers. Turned disastrous eyebrows into master pieces. This is no exaggeration. I also firmly believe that the people leaving bad reviews oughta get off their own disrespectful and needy high horse.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I have been to this brow place before it moved to its new location. I went there today and was expecting the same service I have received in the past. Whoever was working the evening of 10 Apr, completely DESTROYED my eyebrows. When I looked in the mirror, I had to hold back tears. I have attached a picture of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are two different styles!! The one on the left does not even have an ARCH!! GO AT OWN RISK. SHE STILL CHARGED ME!!!

Rinky is always pleasant and welcoming. She treats you as if you are part of the family. In all the years that I have had my eyebrows done, she by far does the best job. I have never left there dissatisfied! Have and would highly recommend her services to friends and family.

This was my first time going to this place and was leery due to all the poor reviews, but decided to roll the dice. Rinky (the nice one others recommended) no longer works here - I asked for her based upon others’ reviews. I saw Sibel instead who was very nice and welcoming, and she was the only one working. Fortunately I dodged the rude employee others warned others about. Threading didn’t take long and she did a good job trying to reshape my imperfect brows. I’d go back to her again! I do feel she was precise and knowledgeable.
