Just needed something quick and simple, last minute. I asked for a quick weave cut into a bob. Mario did my hair very nice guy but my hair was not done correctly at all. He washed and condition my hair very well but when he went to braid it down he did not oil my scalp. My wig cap was showing my lace frontal was cut all wrong. and the style came out very thin not full looking at all. I asked for baby hairs and he didn’t even know how to do them. He made seem as though he knew what he was doing but in reality he could have just been honest. I don’t understand how you even felt comfortable sending ppl out like that very embarrassing! The owner was fair I call explained to hair I was so dissatisfied with my hair she gave me a refund no problem! She even knew that the work he did was poor. Al

Paid for my Daughter to get a sew in the girl who did her hair named Raniyah did not sew the hair down properly at all, You can literally see all the tracks , appeared to be rushed and very unprofessional. I reached out with my issues and concerns and received no response. Would not recommend,

I LOVE this place! I have been going to Brown Sugar to get my weaves in by Mario(who is just outstanding!) It's always a fun environment but professional. I've NEVER been disappointed and even the price is great. I've only seen gorgeous hairstyles come out of there from pretty twist styles to short cute curls . Amazing job!

Called to set up an appointment. Even tho I was a little late they took me right in and started my hair. Glad to say she is taking her time but fast also. Love it.
