BT Nails

I asked for 1st picture and left with results on the second. First of all, this is all my fault, this place has been in business for years and still lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE & actual skills. They can't do a nail design to save their lives and will provide you with what THEY WHAT TO DO. Women, stop going to places that dismiss you, treat you like a peasant, act oblivious and surcharge you! Obviously, I'll be following my own advice going forward.😐🤔

Got some nails did with my mom , & the nails are so terrible. Left polish on my fingers that I asked her to remove & she didn’t. Didn’t polish all my nails fully. Which is frustrating. She rushed on my nails. And for them to charger $71. Is ridiculous. Poor service & customer service won’t be going back!

I chose a powder dip. A pretty bright maroon and a pretty glitter gray. It was beautiful when it went on. I said OMG I LOVE IT before I was even finished. Then she put on a top coat of some sort that I hadn’t seen done before at other places. It turned my nails super dark. The glitter looked black instead of gray and the maroon was so dark it was more of a chocolate color. I asked if it was going to turn back to the color it was. Which was also the color in the jar and on the fake nail they had on the sample. She said yes. I noticed it wasn’t turning back. So I asked again. This time she said no. I asked what happened. She didn’t know. Helen also tried to figure it out. She’s got another fake nail to see what went wrong and realized it was the top coat that had done it. I told them I didn’

my nails is already lifting and it hasn’t even been a week . not to mention the acrylic is terrible .. it’s lumpy she took no time to actually file down my nails to a nice shape. my Gel polish is coming up already too like ?? there was no point in getting my nails done . waste of money 👎🏽

At first I went there to get a dip. The customer service was great. Less than a week after that, most of my nails starting chipping. I went back and told them I wanted to get it redone. They made me wait for about 20 minutes, then a lady told me that I had to pay $10 for them to add glue to the top of my nails. I was like, "huh? glue? Like I just got this done and you want me to pay for your error?" Then she rudely dismissed me and told me to wait for the lady that initially did my nails. The lady who initially did my nails, buffed it so hard, I almost bled. One week later and you can still see the bruises she made. Anyway, back to the story, after bruising me all in the name of buffing, she added a "top coat." The strange thing was she didn't put my nails under the UV lamp to cure. Sh
