BT Nails Spa

This place was a horrible experience for me. I asked for French tips and a heart. Halfway though i changed it because it looked so bad so just said white and they still messed it up. Bad service bad price don’t recommend.

I had come to this place once before and it was nice and did the job but the last time I just went the guy who did my pedicure cut my big toe so bad it was bleeding and stung. I know things happen sometimes when cutting nails etc but he never even said anything or acknowledge it. I am not one to make a big deal about anything so I didn't say anything, I paid and left a 20% tip and went about my day. My toe began to throb and be so painful the next couple of days and even started to "crust" as in showing signs of an infection. I currently am treating it with medicine so beware

I’m 100% certain the pictures are enough and no words are needed. Yikes! Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

I have been going to this salon for almost 10 years. The service is friendly and fast. My no chip nails last almost 3 weeks and look so beautiful. I would totally recommend coming here.

Went here for the first time and I was seated right away because it was very early and they just opened. I went with Pink and White and it was my first time trying it and I’m very pleased. $50 bucks is pricier than I wanted to pay but it turned out nice. I also got a pedicure and it was a good one but they don’t ask you what kind of pedi you want which is different for me but I always want paraffin and I was pleased they had that service. But overall good experience but not completely sure I will go back.
