Buckhead Nails & Spa Pedicure

I really like to have my nails done there and I have been going there for the past year. The only down side of this salon is the punctuality. I have 2 ladies which I like their job and I normally call the salon to make an appointment with them. Every time I arrive on time and I have to sit for at least 30 minutes to wait for them to finish other clients even if I have an appointment. Today after experiencing it several times - and today I highlighted on the phone that I COULD NOT WAIT due to an appointment afterwards with my son, I sat down down there for 40 minutes and I did complain. The guy didn’t seem to care very much and I did loose my son’s appointment. So…the manicure/ pedicure is good but do not go if you have plans afterwards. Only make an appointment if you have plenty of time.

I've only been here twice. But I'm obsessed! Kelly and Tiffany did my nails. They were really nice and attentive. Most of the staff here are friendly. And honestly, this is one of the rare ones that can do the most precise nail designs to my liking. I think I’ll stick around for awhile.

I hardly give 5 ⭐️’s -but I just ♥️♥️♥️this nail salon Tiffany-Mimi-Cindy-Linda are GREAT! Mimi is new to my list and I am so happy that I met her! I let her do her creative thing-out of the norm for me-and my nails were amazing one month ago -and still are today! Unreal! My hands look brand new still with a soft marble natural color with a touch of white swirl that is not profound. I can’t wait to see what soft elegant creation she does next time I sort of wish my nails look crappy right now so that I can go back LOL

I have been coming here since 2020, and I usually get a fill in and a pedicure at the same time. Recently, I’ve noticed that my bill has grown to be significantly higher than it has been, and so I decided to get my services on different days to see where the increase is coming from. Everyone charges me something different. I hate that. I received a fill in with gel polish (that kept peeling) and she charged me $65 for that service last week. Today, the owner gave me a simple gel polish change and charged me $40!!!! Today is the last time I let them play in my face. There are plenty of nail salons in Buckhead who provide great service, transparency and consistency within their pricing system. Find someplace else to go.

I really do not like my pedicure. I showed a picture of exactly what i wanted and got nothing of what i asked for . My first time here googled researched and this seemed like the best place to try and and I’m out of $64 and i can’t get anyone to fix it because they all say the nail tech put too much acrylic that i practically have to be stuck with this and let time wear it down. A for effort. She’ll tried . But as a customer if you know you can’t do it grab another nail tech who can because I’m out of $64 after two hours, new year eve toes that I’m unhappy with and crying…i kept telling her a tip Would be better but she continued to build acrylic on top And not extended. It’s frustrating spending so much money and it’s not even what you asked for
