Buff City Soap has come to Green Hills in Nashville! This store is awesome and smells absolutely amazing. They sell plant based soap and skincare products that are made fresh daily in the store. The best part is, you can get any of their products made into any of the available scents. The best part is you get to watch them make the products right in front of you. It’s very cool to see the process to make the bars of soap. They feature a few local exclusive scents that are unique to this store only. My favorite is Washing 9 to 5. It’s bright pink with a glitter crust on top. They sell various products to include: soaps, bath bombs, body butter, laundry soap, hand soap, lip balm, soap whip and much more! Very cool store with a wide variety of unique soaps to choose from. Reasonable price points and good choice for fun gifting ideas. Some scents were so intriguing and just plain wonderful - wish they had them in candles! Staff hooked us up with a on-the-spot coupon, so it made our experience even better. Worth checking out if your in the Green Hills area.

I get my Laundry Soap made here I will never use store bought Laundry soap again my husband loves the way his Clothes feel and they smell fresh I dont have to use any laundry boosters anymore it's all in one container and watching them make it is amazing. I get the Patchouli & Sandalwood with baking Soda. I also use the dryer balls it works so much better then fabric sheets for softness and static cling.

I’ve been a BCS patron for a few years. Spread over a few stores. This location has blown me away. The management here does an amazing job of making me feel like I’m appreciated, gives undivided attention, and puts their staff in a position to succeed. I cannot say enough good things about the team here. I order products from many locations for my beard (need different smells for time and place) but I’ll honestly start moving towards exclusively using Buff City due to the fact they care about my business.

I love buff city products, I’ve been buying them for myself and as gifts for years. This location made us feel very unwanted. On Sunday 6/30 around 5pm, myself and my friend who was excited for her first buff city soap experience went in to purchase some detergent. We were the only customers in the store. The three workers there were incredibly rude and very obviously did not want to help us. They did not greet us, only gave us dirty looks: eye rolls. When I finally asked if I could be checked out, she had a real attitude. My friend wanted to sign up for the reward system and asked to, but the lady skipped over that screen without a word back. Hope this location can retrain their workers.
