I’ve been here once before and had a good experience, but came back again yesterday and received the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Aside from it being messy and having polish all over my cuticles and hands (even though I asked if she could clean it up more after multiple attempts), she cut me twice and I was bleeding. I asked for a fake tip on one of my nails because my nail broke the day before and she put the fake nail on my skin, not just on my nail. I kept trying to show her to keep the sides of the nails parallel and to reshape it so it looked like the rest of my nails but it was a struggle. Many of my nail tips were also diagonal instead of straight. I had been trying to grow them out, but she filed them down a lot trying to fix her mistakes. They looked so bad that I took over an ho
I love the service at this salon and my nails always last at least 3 weeks (even longer when I couldn't get there over Christmas). The product they use is excellent. Also, the price is very good! You should book in advance as they are generally late and understaffed. The salon is also quite dirty and I've never seen the floors clean - even first thing in the morning. I always return though.
I was in love with this place!!! The sign outside initially made me curious so I went in and asked about prices. I was pleased with how much a gel full set would be and went to go work and make the cash. I came back and was greeted properly, and ALL Covid standards were being met! Washing hands, sanitizer everywhere, and proper masks out the wazoo. There was fun conversation, I felt so comfortable and pampered and you better bet your best dollar I'm going here from now on!
Pedicure was great but SNS was trash. Started lifting entirely off the nail after a week. They looked like they'd be done weeks ago after a single week. The edges of the nails are rough and uneven. May be a bit cheaper than other places but isn't worth it if it doesn't even last a single week for SNS. Update: 10 days in and had to buy nail glue to keep the SNS from popping off entirely before I could get to another salon. Don't waste the money here.
The worst manicure I have ever received, the lady painted on my skin mostly, she also cut so much off my cuticles that it’s bleeding and painful. Zero customer service and unsanitary conditions, I will never return
