This was the BEST grand opening I have ever been to! Please do this again for any kind of fundraiser :) I won the free massage. It was so good! I went early because i was so stoked to use the steam room!!! The one at town center doesn't have one so I was thrilled to see it at the grand opening in Prairieville. Got there and the woman's steam room wasn't working. It was misleading. Left work an hour earlier than necessary for nothing :( Please fix this!!!

I booked services and had to cancel with more than 48 hours notice. I was told that the $200.00 deposit would not be refunded even though the website clearly states that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. I wished the person on the phone the best of luck and informed her that I would happily dispute this charge with American Express. I have a few gift cards left to spend here. Once they are finished I will not be returning. She did call me later to tell me she would refund my card. This is shady business practices and not the industry standard. Poor customer service.

Had a great experience today. Went with bad neck pain and got an hour long massage. My masseuse did a great job and really loosened up the tight muscles in my neck. The facility was clean and the staff was all very pleasant. The price for what you receive is fair for the service provided. I had only gone to the Jefferson location prior to today and will definitely be back.

First time going to this location and it will be my go to place from now on. Beautiful establishment, extremely clean, and everyone was so nice! Also, the soothing atmosphere and comfortable robe was wonderful. I booked a deep tissue massage because I was in a great deal of pain. Jackie had her work cut out for her (I warned her beforehand but I'm sure she gets this all the time. Boy, did she prove me wrong) by the time she was done I felt as if I had melted into the table. That night I had the best sleep I believe I have ever had. She was beyond amazing and worked out knots I wasnt even aware of having. I cannot praise this woman enough and I look forward to booking with her again!

This is kind of late at night review cause this momma has been busy today lol but this morning I was able to score some me time and let me tell y’all it was the most relaxing me time ever. I had a deep pore cleansing facial done by Jill and she was so good at what she did - my face feels and looks amazing. She talked me through every step and made sure my entire service was enjoyable! She helped me learn some things about my skin and how I can take better care of it and it was such a great feeling that she really knew her stuff because it helped me to feel more comfortable with her working on my face. Definitely will be going back later to get another facial with her because it was just that good.
