I’ve been here a few times, I always tip really well (over $20 for a $50 fill) I came to get a soak off and fresh acrylic. The tech got out the nail clippers, I said no. She proceeded to grab my hand and cut off my nails. I called Maria over and said, I asked for a soak off, why is she cutting my nails? Maria asked why she was doing it, the tech started laughing and said, oh I thought they were fake. No apologies, nothing. I had to get 2 fake nails and the worst part is the tech thinks it funny to cut customers nails off. I have spent time growing my healthy nails out, to have them cut off by a person who works at a nail salon but can’t tell the difference between a real nail and a fake nail. I didn’t demand that someone else do the soak off or make a scene, which I would have been well

Went here to get a manicure and pedicure. The price posted said $55 for gel manicure pedi combo, so after I was done they charged me $65, and when I asked about it they told me it’s more beacon a man never have I heard of this in all the years of me getting manicures and pedicures even in other countries. So if you are a man be prepared to be charged extra they will never see me again.

Fanny is the best!!! I love her service snd my nails never lift even after 4 weeks with no fill!

Spent 60 bucks on terrible tips most of them are sideways none of them are straight and the shaping is horrific i will never again spend my money here SMH i should've seen the warning signs it was Saturday afternoon and it was only 2 of us getting done so it makes sense. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the way they acted i didnt even bother to say look my nails are twisted because a person like me complains and we get the cops called and accused of not wanting to pay..... so i just left it like that but i will never be coming back there again.
