I love the place! Kind of your mid-tier level class maybe just slightly above mid-tier. But most importantly the customer service, the staff and massage was just impeccable. I had Jenny. She was great, catching every knot and stress ball on my neck shoulders back traps legs. She's fantastic. And I love the Himalayan salt steam room after the massage.

I visited Butter Butterfly Spa in Great Neck, and while the staff were very nice, overall the experience did not feel professional or luxurious. The atmosphere reminded me more of a mall spa than a high‑end retreat. The changing area offered little privacy, and the sandals provided were never cleaned — they were simply placed back into the box they came in after use. The bathroom sink had no running water, the floors and gravel area needed a deep cleaning, and a few of the lockers were broken. Communication with the technician was limited, which made it difficult to fully express preferences. The owner, Sue, is incredibly accommodating and always makes sure every visit is relaxing and comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and soothing — from the peaceful music to the clean, beautifully maintained amenities (like the salt room and the steam room) that make the experience feel like a true escape. The ladies here are all professional, kind, and amazing at what they do. Every massage I’ve had has been consistently excellent, and they really pay attention to your needs. I had the best time at Butterfly Garden Spa. The staff is super attentive and the massages and scrubs are AMAZING!! I always have a hard time finding a strong massage therapist but the staff here is highly experienced and professional. The rooms are all so cozy, clean and warm. I highly, highly recommend!!!

I love this place so much. Definitely best spa in the area in my opinion. This place is so beautiful nature like and very relaxing. Can’t find a spa like this anywhere else. Don’t come here if you’re not willing to spend or afford for great services. They are very transparent about gratuity minimum.. most places aren’t as transparent as they are. All the staffs here are very friendly and welcoming as always. I got a scrub 1 hour massage but I extended it to 90 minute and a hydro anti aging facial and they’ve always done such an amazing job. My body after scrub always feels so airy, refreshed and clean. I had knots on my upper and lower back and they helped me relieve it and the dry sauna is so good after massage. Just top tier services.
