Had a really great experience at BYou Laser Clinic. The service was amazing and everyone was super friendly and professional. I got an AquaPure facial and honestly my skin felt so clean, hydrated, and refreshed right after. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The space is beautiful and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their clients. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to give your skin a good reset — I’ll be back for sure.

My aesthetician was Natalya and she was not only professional but efficient. I felt very comfortable during my treatment and she was patient with me when I became a big baby from the treatment. This is my second time getting laser (underarms was my first treatment) and there’s a reason why I decided to come back for other areas despite there being other options out there. I should mention that a very kind young woman helped me to book a free evaluation. On the day of my appointment, I noticed that the location is central, it's next to the Barclays Center. The clinic is clean and attractive. The woman who greeted me, Ramnit, was very friendly and chatty; she talked to me until I went into the consultation room. For your safety - never ever deal with this clinic. For anyone that experienced the same malpractice as below, please contact me. I purchased a 3packs of morpheous8 treatments as I previously performed that treatment successfully at a more renowned clinic. The savy discount from BYou looked attractive. First, you should know that this treatment is painful but bearable with a laughing gas machine most place provides and the right cream that’s part of the treatment. BYou doesn’t provide that machine for patient comfort like others. On my first treatment- (without telling me anything), they numbs me with the wrong numbing cream - the not so strong one.
