C a Nails

Worst place I have been. The facility was not clean and didn’t seem to disinfect their tools. They made us wait very long for service and started serving others that came after us. Filing of nails were crooked, top coat was old and left crusty pieces and bubbles. They didn’t dry the polish properly and so it smudged as we were leaving. The person in charge even yelled at the kids with us “If you smudged it we are not going to repair it.”

Tried CA nails for the first time never again. The day after my nail polish came off completely i went to get fixed then the other side of my hand all the policy chipped and peeled off today my whole thumb nail peeled off and i had to do it a complete different color till i can change them. This is the worst nails i’ve gotten will definitely not be going back.

They were very kind. They did my nails exactly how my pinterest picture looked. I told them I needed to leave by 5 and they finished at exactly 5. I will definitely come back for my next fill!

DO NOT COME HERE. I was a regular here and have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon like the one I had today. I got a gel pedicure and was cut multiple times. My toes are bleeding and burning so bad and they are red and hot to the touch. I brought my daughter in to get a gel manicure. As soon as I walked out the gel was bubbling and peeling. We asked for a simple heart design (which I’ve gotten here several times without a problem) he then proceeds to get upset about having to do a design. The polish is smeared all over her fingers. I went back in after paying tons of money to ask that they fix her nails and he proceeds to tell her that it’s her fault the polish is not drying. I’ve never felt the need to do this but I needed to share this PSA. I recently had the misfortune of visiting CA Nails in Santa Fe, and I absolutely do not recommend it. Save your money and time—this place is not worth it, even if like me you’re desperate for a nail appointment before the holidays. First off, I was shocked by the attitude of the staff. For a salon that charges $65 for a new set, I expected at least a modicum of professionalism and customer service. Instead, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior.
