C & C Beauty & Beyond (#4)

I stopped by for some lash glue and lip gloss. I was greeted when i walked in. I appreciate great customer service. I also liked that they had several different options and the prices were reasonable. They had a small selection of clothes, lots of hair, and hair products. I would definitely shop here again.

This beauty supply store has everything as the other beauty stores have, but my favorite thing is, they will give you a refund within 3 days if you have a receipt and item are unopened. Not many store do this!

Terrible customer service, employees did not want to help me they barely opened their mouth. I spent over $100 once and never received any samples, every other beauty supply gives samples when at minimum $25 is spent. The particular employees who were rude today usually it’s the owner who’s nasty and watches me as if I’m stealing but today it was a heavy set, honey blond hair, African American women & an Asian decent women with extremely thick lashes. She was laughing at who knows what an asking for help both were rude and nasty like that isn’t their job. I live right around the corner so this is the closest beauty supply I won’t be back after today hopefully you all don’t have the same experience.
