C & C Beauty & Beyond (#7)

This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. I usually leave good reviews, but I can’t for this place. Multiple people followed me around the store, racially profiling me. To the store workers: Do better. Respectfully, Black people and people of dark skin tone, or who dress well, are not thieves. You missed out on good business. I will not be returning.

I shop here quite often but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I bought about $50 worth of haircare items something rang up cheaper and I said oh nice a discount the lady said no and deleted the item and manually typed in the non discounted amount. I was like oh no discount for me? She said NO with no emotion no nothing. Very ugly I will not be shopping here anymore Ill drive further to go to another beauty store.

Don’t shop here! They are very dishonest. I attempted to purchase clip in’s for $39.99. However, when the older gentleman scanned the barcode the price was lower than what was on the package. I believe I saw something like $36.24 before he quickly cancelled the purchase and then manually entered in $39.99 bringing my total to more than $43. I then said to the gentleman the hair must be on sale (there was a sale on hair). He said no the price is what’s on the package. Needless to say, I left the hair there. The guy at this location is a scammer. Go to another beauty supply store or order the hair from Amazon.

Me and my boyfriend felt uncomfortable in this store. The cashier stared us down the entire time we were there. We greeted her and she did not acknowledge us. She was very dry and seemed irritated that we were there. It's time to boycott these type of people.

I walked in and was not greeted. I went to shop for a wig and the owner wife had a attitude. I had my service animals with me and when asking for help she acted as though she did not want to help. I informed the owner and told him how my experience was. Instead of apologizing he stated she was scared of my service animals and that he was “making up an excuse for her”. He wanted to go back and forth and this is where I draw the line. As a black woman I felt disrespected and will never go there again! As I was in the parking lot writing the review the owner made this sign. Very disturbing and disgusting!
