1 Star – Due to Ownership and Management, Not the Technician! This review is about ownership and management, not the nail technicians. My nail tech, Thao, has done my nails for about a year and is talented and kind. I absolutely love her work. This situation is not a reflection of her. I went in for my usual refill and a new design. I enjoy intricate nail art and always bring inspiration options at different difficulty levels, making it clear we can pivot if something feels too complicated. We tried something new. I could tell it was challenging and reassured her we could switch if needed, but she chose to continue. I allowed the process to finish because sometimes you need to see the final result. I love C-Gloss Nail Bar. Dana and all the staff are amazing. I love being able to go in show them what I want and the do exactly what I want.

At this point, I've been going here for years. I've tried other salons in Concord but C Gloss is by far the best in service and care. Regardless of what service you ask for or who works with you, you will have a wonderful experience. For the best nail art, ask for Nancy, Dana or Cindy.

As soon as I arrived, all the employees were really nice and welcoming. I showed them what I wanted and I got seated immediately. They were done within 25 to 30 minutes, they gave me what I asked for and it was reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be going here again.

*I already spoke with the owner about these concerns but still want to write a review* I have been coming to C Gloss for a few months now. The first time I went, the owner did my nails and they came out absolutely perfect and beautiful. She was kind, personable, neat, quick and efficient. That experience led me to make C Gloss my new spot! Since then, I have had two other nail techs, both very very kind and skilled, but they skip vital steps in the manicure process compared to other places I’ve been. Each time I leave I am left with nails that appear unfinished. They never tell me to wash my hands during the entire process, be it dip or gel. This leaves my nails and surrounding skin looking and feeling painful, dry, messy, dusty, stained fingertips from dip, jagged, and just overall not as
