Nancy did the cutest cat eye nails that were perfect for Valentine’s day!!! She even gave a me a quick hand massage after doing my set. She sits at number 6 if you want top tier service.

I agree with the other reviews that the service prices are reasonable but I really think they need to work on their customer service and craftmamship. If you can't do a design in a picture shown to you, don't say you can and then get mad when the customer (me) tells you they don't like it. The nail tech even tried twice and both times I didn't like it and requested another tech to do my design. The tech that was trying to design my toes got mad and kind of slammed the nail polishes in the drawer. She just got up and walked away. I waited for about 5 minutes and approached another worker who claimed to be the manager and asked him who was going to finish my toes. He replied someone was coming shortly. 20 minutes later, I get a design I didn't want. Frankly, I was just tired of waiting. A 30

Soooo I haven’t been here in years but took a chance on then again because I’m on crutches and can’t make it to my nail artist and it was closer ; and was horrible my toes on my left feet started to crack, and it was supposed to be gel, also she charged me $70 for my nails and it’s a bad job very short and the acrylic is everywhere she didn’t take her time to make sure everything was filed and looking good after sitting there for what felt like two hours I was over it.

This place is terrible. I had to pay for a manicure where she painted my skin all because I asked her to paint my whole nail. It looks like my child painted my nails and they look horrible. Terrible service. Never going back to this place ever again. It’s like they get mad when you ask them what you want for the service that you’re paying for. They don’t even deserve 1 star

Jason is the best nail tech and Tina is good with Pedicure and eyebrows!! I have been coming here for almost 15 yrs. Everyone experience is different. I go to the same person and if Jason or Tina isn't there then I don't go, lol.
