Flori is truly exceptional! She has done an amazing job with my hair every single time, and her warm, delightful personality makes each visit a joy. I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I will continue to return because of her talent and professionalism. My recent haircut made me feel like a brand-new woman — she exceeded my expectations in every way. I am forever grateful for her skill and care. Highly recommend!

I asked for a wash blow dry and straightening the older woman started cutting my hair without my permission while my eyes were closed. Once I noticed what she was doing she told me it was only to cut dead ends. My hair touched my shoulders she cut it into a bob barely touched the bottom of my ear and not even a professional one it is uneven and patchy . I did not receive my money back for losing the hair I’ve been growing for years and the hairdresser thinks she did nothing wrong.

I have never seen a hairdresser use blow dryer on hair, while actively relaxing the hair to speed up the process I'm guessing. I do not believe they are using relaxers, but some other form of chemicals to straighten hair. The only thing they are good at is cutting hair. Highly disappointed. I lost alot of hair going to this salon. They are easily distracted too. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Services is amazing and I feel at home when I visit. Love the ladies there.
