The place is clean and the workers are kind. I went there because of the good reviews and honestly, the courtesy beverage, but apparently that was only because of the opening event. So, to my experience, I went to remove a gel I got in Mexico which after two months they were still in place but with my nail grown, I'm also prompt to nail breaks, so the technician proceed to remove the product and convinced me to apply a nail break protector plus the gel, without noticing my bill went from 30 something to 95😅 because they also charged for each color applied. After two days one of the nails broke and the gel in another was starting to scratch, I went back and they checked it and proceeded to correct everything they removed the old one and applied again the product free of charge. I got my nails done today at this new nail salon. I was very impressed as soon as I walked in. The salon is truly beautiful, and I noticed at first sight that they have a lot of options in services to choose from. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was even more impressed when they brought me a very refreshing and tasty iced tea. I’ve never seen another salon do this before. I was very happy with the outcome of my service and will definitely be coming back.

I definitely DO NOT recommend. After going off Facebook recommendations I decided to give this place a try. When I went in there I was very happy. The place is new and clean and it wasn’t busy. I asked for a no chip pedicure. The lady that took care of me does not know what she is doing when it comes to pedicures. She hurt me when filing and caused me to bleed thinking that I won’t notice because I was on my phone….. I was like ok. But then she made my other toe bleed a little too and she kept hurting me. Another thing that I didn’t like that’s she was not able to shape my nails and blamed it on me for cutting them too short when I’ve always done that before and it’s never been an issue to the place I go. They don’t cut, they just shape and file. So I don’t know why she couldn’t do that

I started getting my nails done here in November of 2024 on a whim since they were so close to home. Ive never stayed going to the same salon because nobody stays consistent but I’ve never had a bad experience and this place is spotless. Some people want to have express services but I prefer to make sure I’m getting a quality manicure. They helped me completely rehab my natural nails. They even did my wedding day manicure last month. The color options are great too.

I decided to go in to to do a gel overlay on my own nails but need to remove the old one. Took them almost 2 hours to not even to complete and it was filed incorrectly on both hand. The right was filed with a regular filer, the left with the machine. To top it off the gel was extremely thick (I asked thick not that thick 🤔 and yes I kept interrupting to have this situated) was not shaped or filed correctly, the gel was added above my cuticle line. I stopped them and said I had to leave almost two hours and 3 ladies touched my nails in total. Nevertheless, they told me to come back the next day(no I did not pay yet). I couldn't make it so the third day I arrived to only have service as I requested for Esmeralda who was the only one who is bilingual and great understanding/speaking English .
