Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Behavior I’ve had the absolute worst experience at Cali tanning saloon on Hamilton Avenue in Campbell, and it’s beyond disappointing. Despite paying for a membership, I was treated with utter disrespect by both the staff and management. They’re not just rude—they’re dismissive and downright unprofessional. Not only do they make it impossible to use the equipment you’ve paid for, but their overall service is appalling. The employees show no regard for customers, speaking in a condescending manner and making you feel unwelcome. It’s clear that they don’t value their clients or provide any sense of customer care. They are great and provide a fast service. Love their Mystic spray tan, make sure to ask about Kona color as it’s give more golden undertones.

Since 2006 I've been coming to this facility, which has changed names and owners a couple of times, but maintained the same deals. The best way to go is the $80 per month contract which allows unlimited visits with access to any of the stand-ups, including the hybrids and the Red Light booths. There's one lay down bed, which I've never used, but I think that's available too. On top of that, there are 2 other Cali-Tan locations you can use, though I've only been to the Willow Glen spot a few times and never to the other one, wherever that is. The main thing is to make sure you get the contract which gives access to the hybrids -- with both UVA and UVB lights.
