California Nails

Actually the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I came in with acrylics to be removed, which went fine. I just wanted to get gel polish, no acrylics for a change. She insisted that I get acrylics a couple of times but I literally just wanted gel polish. She then proceeded to slap some polish on my nails and call it good. You can see in the pictures there are places that have chipped and lifted and it hasn’t even been 48 hours. There are literally specs of dust embedded in the gel. I get that natural short nails are hard to pull off but they literally put no effort into this at all and then acted like this was worth $40. If you’re looking for a somewhere to get a simple gel manicure, apparently this isn’t the place for you.

I went in to get my toes polished, I got two acrylic toenails for my big toes. I told the employee who was doing my toes, that one of my acrylics nails looked crooked. He said “ok” but proceeded to finish and never fixed it so I asked again, he filed it and still didn’t fix it. He ask was it fine, I said no but just paid. & then paid 44$. Worst experience! I would not recommend going!!

I came in for a quick polish change and left feeling like royalty. The technician was so gentle and made sure my nails looked perfect from every angle. They even offered me water while I waited. It’s the small touches that make a big difference. Will be back soon!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would do just that!!! They literally don’t know wth they are doing in here… they are fast and careless for the money!! They will scar you and think nothing of it!!! Beware please… pics are loading! But hey if you’re desperate to get them done, so be it

Horrible experience. Paid $57 for a pedicure. The polish was peeling off in less than 4 hours by the time I made it home and showered. I drove an hour back today and one of them thought they were just going to do the 3 nails where the polish completely came off and leave the rest where the polish was partially coming off. Again, it has been less than 24 hours at this point. She stopped because I told her she needs to do all of them. She gets up and walks off. I asked if anybody else can do my feet. They say the only person who can do them is the one who did them yesterday. But he’s busy with a client doing a full set, while the other 3 just looking and playing on their iPad. Horrible customer service. I will never come back after this.
