Calm Waters by Sofi Head spa

I had a great birthday experience with Sofi - she took her time making my head spa experience great. I liked the scalp camera and the massage table a lot. Definitely coming back again soon :)

I have blown away by the customer service and the cozy atmosphere! Very relaxing and much needed after a long week of work. I think the best part is how welcoming the experience is and just how easy the stress melts away. There are several different techniques the owner uses to really help relax you and ultimately address hair and scalp health. I think it's worth making an appointment and clearing your day so you don't feel rushed and take advantage of the relaxing effect. Flexible schedule just ask the owner.

She was very nice, but I didn’t realize the place is in her basement? Very sketchy way to enter through the side fence down stairs. The overall experiences with the massage was terrible. She barely dis anything with my hair except maybe 15-20 minutes out of a 2 hour appointment. I’m not sure how this place received a few five stars but I don’t recommend this place at all. Barely did anything with my hair besides rub some stuff in it and made my hair feel gross after. Barely had any massage, the table you lay on was very uncomfortable. Overall a terrible experience and I want a refund back or at least the tip.

Came to Sofi for a head spa , eyebrow lamination and tint with a lash lift and everything came out perfect! Service was amazing and results spoke for themselves. Highly recommend!
