I used to frequent this hair store all of the time when I was a teenager in the mid 2000s. Expensive but the people who worked there were nice. Fast forward to when I went there a few years back , the same lady at the counter said she remembered me when I asked, but she was so cold.. like she didn’t want me in there. I spent a lot of money in that store so that threw me off and I haven’t been back since. I didn’t feel welcomed and fortunately there are plenty of options besides this place.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s a hit or miss depending on what you’re going for. If hair care: shampoo, conditioner, etc, you’re in luck. If weave and GOOD QUALITY weave, don’t think about it. The hair is usually expired and stiff. Make sure you fully inspect, and I’m talking about TOP TO BOTTOM before paying. You’ve been warned.

They are rude and the price is marked up higher than other stores including Walmart and Target. There is a Black hair store Chelten and Greene and one at 22nd and Cambria. Let's Stop spending our money where it's not appreciated!!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but those I found are a little bit deceiving. I went to this location few times and unfortunately, it didn't get better. Don't get me wrong... if you plan to come in, grab some basic stuff and leave, you'll be fine. But if you need any sort of help, forget it. Out of three people in the store, the guy is nice and may be of help, but he's usually not around. There is two other ladies, but forget about getting any assistance. The lady is not helpful and I noticed it's not only my issue. Many of the stuff are placed behind the counter and you can't really see or access it. If you happen to somehow see something you want, she will show it to you from behind, but keep her hand on it. Not sure if they have issue with shoplifting, but I for sure don't appreciate bei

They have a lot to choose from they are very helpful and after going to about ten different places we decided to check them out and we left there with everything we were looking for so from now on when it come to beauty supplies this will be the first place I go I have no problem driving from Levittown pa as today was my first time shopping there and I'm sure it will not be my last the people that run the store are about the friendliest sales people I have met in a long time keep up the good work
