I’m so disappointed in my experience. I was really looking forward to a nice pampering day out but I came here with a vision for my toes. I understand everyone can’t execute what we see online. But even what we landed on was a rushed and sloppy job. I wanted this bronze chrome French. He thought I wanted a full bronze toe. When we got on the same page— I told him I wanted a skin tone base and the tip would be bronze. I show him the color I wanted. He goes and suggests another brighter pink. I trust his vision and go with it. First mistake. This is not a technician that does any creative consulting and evidently minimal design. I literally showed her a photo and she recreated it perfectly, I love Mel she is so professional and amazing. If you’re in Dallas definitely stop by the shop so cute and clean. The staff is so nice and accommodating.

Brought my daughter here for her birthday set !!They immediately got us in and made us feel sooooo welcomed!! We love Jay for sure!! & Now we have a new nail salon home 💕 I’ll recommend any and everyone here!! The work speaks for itself 🫶 it’s extremely clean and the vibes are there!! Horrible!! I'm extremely disappointed and never coming here again!! Please avoid this place like the plague!! 1. They overcharge you for services! I asked over the phone before coming how much the service was and once I was there they taxed me extra. They quoted me $65 with medium set nails and they ended up charging me $85 and said $10 for gel and ended up trying to charge me $15 for gel. At the end they wanted to charge me $150 in total (for Mani and Pedi) and I only got a discount (very minor) when I told them I was extremely disatisfied with the service 2. Jay is one of one! I’d been looking for a new nail tech for over a year as I’m new to the city and it was hard to trust another person to do my nails as my last nail tech and I were LOCKED IN! This is the 2nd set he’s done for me and it’s safe to say I have a new nail tech! He takes his time and makes sure to stop in between to ask me if I like my nails.
