This was my second visit with Cindy and she did a fantastic job again! I got a power dip French mani and a relaxing massage everything was perfect. My first time was a spa pedicure and power dip mani, and both visits were great. I really appreciate the clear pricing and easy online booking. Just a note to fellow customers: this is a spa-like experience, so let’s keep the noise (and gossip) down. I’ll definitely be back! 💅✨

When I booked the appointment online, I booked it as a gel manicure but wrote in the comment section that I had a hard gel manicure still that needed to be removed. I came to my appointment 15 minutes early mind you, and the girl at the front told me to pick a color right then and there. However, when she saw I had hard gel on my hands already, she quickly changed her mind and told me to sit with the nail tech in the far back. Her name was Sarah. The girl who greeted me at the front asked me what I wanted today and I explained that I wanted the old hard gel manicure removed and to just get a regular gel manicure. The girl proceeded to argue with me, saying it’s better if I just replace the hard gel color and not get a completely new manicure. I was flexible and said sure, if that’s easier.

These are my nails after 2 weeks, the gel coat started to peal after 1 week, after 2 weeks it was hard to go un-noticed, this is my second time going here and i was extremely disappointed this time compared to the first, the gel manicure is $35 + tip , it should last longer than a week and it did before but this time i sat with a different tech. $35 is still too much to play Russian roulette with the quality of work when i can go somewhere less fancy and pay $25 for work just as good. There’s parking and the salon itself is clean and pleasant so I preferred it but sadly i will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do decide to go here, ask for Joanne she’s the tech that did exceptional work the first time.

First time there. The gel manicure came out great and my pedicure as well. The staff was lovely as was the ambiance!

Went yesterday because my place was closed this is a gel manicure literally just fell off today horrible you pay money for a service it is expected to be done right .
