I have been a customer of Winnie(who is amazing) for years now and recently experienced terrible service. Winnie was away so I was seen by Kathy. My appointment was at 2:30 and was not taken until 3 because the prior client was extremely late. This caused my appointment to be late and rushed. Instead of the usual hour she only took 40 minutes so of course my lashes looked nothing like Winnie’s work. 4 days later they already started to fall off and left gaps. I called to ask them to fix it by adding a few more lashes and they wanted to charge me an additional $50 for the terrible job they did to begin with. 2 weeks later more than 1/2 of the lashes are gone, this has never happened with Winnie. I could not believe how they were treating a client of years, it was extremely unprofessional. U

There are 3 things about Candy Spa that makes it the most outstanding venue for relaxation, self-care and grooming. Cleanliness, service and price. I have known Candy for some time now. As spa boss, not only does she pays personal attention to detail, she remembers her clients appreciatively. I had a fantastic experience today at Candy Spa! I went in for a head therapy and facial, and Cherry was absolutely amazing. Beyond the head treatment, she gave me a wonderful neck, arm, and leg massage that left me completely relaxed. She even took the time to gently dry my hair with so much care and served water afterward — such a thoughtful touch. The spa itself is also very clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for a full body massage. Highly recommend!
