Owner was extremely rude, and products were overpriced! The heat protectant was 9.99 listed at 7.80 at Walmart . Wax stick was 14.99 listed at 9.00 at Walmart. Never again !!

When I tell you THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! The customer service from the older lady behind the counter has been giving me hell for years! All she does is complain about what she does and talk about people and be rude as ever! And never know anything about products. And the chubby man is no better all he does is talk on the phone and talk personally to “customers”. I’m just now getting tired and fed up because I go in today to purchase some slouch socks and a lip liner my total comes to $4.75. I hand the woman $20 she presses the register, but I then realize I had a $5 bill and wanted to trade her for my $20 back. Because it’s simpler math right!!!???? WRONG!!! This lady really argued me down about how the system already made the transaction with my bill in her hand and the register

Had a sale sign that didn't specify sale price on curly hair only just listed the name purple pack hair and would not honour the sale price... I think that wasn't very business like and cashier wasn't very pleasant addressing our concerns... any other store in America would have honoured the sale price not our fault sign didn't specify gonna take that ride across town next time for my hair care needs customer service is first priority in any establishment
