Capelli Xpress

I highly recommend Capelli Xpress, located in one of the best and quiet area of The Bronx, Pelham Bay. Every time I visit Capelli I feel like I’m in my happy place, the staff always provides excellent customer service, and they are truly friendly and very professional. Suranny, she is the best!!! Wow my hair never was treated as it is now. My highlights have a very good looking, and my hair never gets broken after the process. I’ve been using their service since 2021 and I love it. I’d say best hair salon, with excellent color techniques in the Bronx🙌🏽

I have been coming to Capelli Xpress to get my hair done by Nikki since they opened up. I don’t trust anyone or anywhere else! The salon itself is beautiful, always clean, and always friendly, welcoming energy. Nikki works magic with her hands because my hair is very very thick and not easy to manage yet she always gets the job done beautifully. She’s quick and efficient and always on point. Nikki is truly a beautician that you can count on and Capelli Xpress is truly a salon that I can recommend to any and everyone.

I went to Capelli Salon in 2018. I got my hair done by Sury.The place was clean & Professional. Her experience helped me get the look that worked for me and keep me going back every week. As good as a fancy salon in Manhattan. Highly recommend!

Idk where to start. I mean their customer service was outstanding, but I paid $260 plus a lot of tips for something I didn’t ask for. My hair was already short, he gave me only a little cut, gave me wrong hair highlight and tone. When I asked for something He(Jose) acted like he knew it or he got me right. After spending 6 hrs in salon I didn’t had any more strength left to fix it all over and at the end, even if you don’t like it, they will make you like it by complimenting on their work. I was forced to tip them with their overly sweet sugarcoating. This is not a professional place to get your hair done, unless you wanna be happy with whatever work they do with your hair by complementing themselves.

This place is wonderful. All the stylists are very talented and the pricing is reasonable. The ambiance is chic and you feel right at home. I always make an appointment but they seem to take walk-ins. Fabulous.
