Carlyle Salon & Style Bar is truly special. Lisa has created a serene, beautiful space that feels more like a retreat than a salon, and I love that she prioritizes clean products. The entire style team is exceptional, and Bessie Signorelli is one of the best in the business—talented, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. The bridal suite is absolutely dreamy and perfect for getting ready for a big day. Such a wonderful experience every time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Carlyle Salon since the day they opened, and they are truly the best in Santa Barbara. I see Lisa, the owner, but I’ve never had a bad blowout or color from anyone on the team. I’m extremely picky about my hair, and Lisa always listens carefully to my concerns and gives thoughtful guidance on cuts and color that really suit my face. You honestly can’t go wrong at Carlyle — the atmosphere is beautiful, and they carry a great selection of high-quality products as well.

The Corner Room at Carlyle Salon was the perfect spot for my bridal party and me to get ready before my wedding! Carlyle has fantastic hair & makeup teams, but I was able to bring in my own hair & makeup gals, which worked perfectly. The reservation process was easy, communication was thorough, and the day-of experience was a dream! The Carlyle team had the room ready for us when we arrived and it was gorgeous! They placed fresh flower arrangements inside and provided us with water, champagne, and beautiful drink ware. We were also able to bring in some of our own snacks & refreshments. The space has perfect natural light for photos and ample seating in addition to the vanity stations with salon chairs. I had them do my hair for the wedding, and it turned out more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. Lisa was my stylist. I did a trial in their back room, which is super cute and newly done. I had my wedding at a venue, and they came to do our hair there on site. Lisa did such an amazing job on my hair, and she even helped me change my hair for the reception. Her assistant helped all my bridesmaids with touchups. The assistant was so willing to help with any style they wanted, as well as just curling or helping put flowers in their hair. I wouldn’t have had anyone else do our hair for our special day. I highly highly recommend!!!

Chandler is the most talented and kind hairdresser!! She did exactly what I had imagined! She was amazing at identifying what cut would suit my hair type best and nicely talked me out making huge mistakes while still giving me exactly what I wanted but didn’t know how to describe! On top of being so talented she’s also so sweet and easy to talk to!
