Went in for a blowout and a cut didn’t have time to get my hair washed, asked to keep my length and add layers, I ended up with hair just past my shoulders and barely any layers. Could be a language barrier, if you speak Spanish you’d probably be fine explaining what you want but you’re better off going to a diff salon that’ll charge you the same price and give you better service. The women doing my hair didn’t even use any heat protectant, $87 and 2h later for a bad cut. Used to go to carmen years back but quality has gone down recently, go someplace else.

Carmen cuts mine & my daughters hair. We have curly thick hair & not everyone knows how to cut & deal with our hair! She’s amazing! Quick, reasonably priced, great bedside manners & listens to what YOU want! Excellent place to get your hair done!

Love this place I have 4c hair and child when I tell you my wash and set last it lasted even after I washed my hair to get braids my hair was still silky. And she cut my hair so evenly I was so impressed Carmen the short one definitely did her thing I will definitely recommend and I will most definitely be back.

Karina did my natural 4a hair. She knew exactly what to do to get my hair silky straight and keep it heat protected. I got a wash and deep condition, blow out, trim and press. She did great!
