10/10 — highly recommended! Ms. Tia did an amazing job. She really took her time to make sure I got the exact color I wanted and adjusted to every request I made without hesitation. The results exceeded my expectations — the ginger is vibrant, shiny, and absolutely gorgeous. She also took great care of my natural hair by washing, deep conditioning, and giving me a trim. She even took the time to provide me with tips and products to care for my hair. The overall service was professional, attentive, and worth every penny. I’m in love with my hair!

I went in last Saturday for a cut and dye. I used the photo shown as reference for both. One woman dyed my hair and another cut it. The blonde is chunky, like an inch from my roots in some spots and when I pull it back into a pony tail, I have a giant blonde Mohawk. I asked for layers and definitely got them. Its choppy and cut WAY shorter than the reference photo. It looks nothing like the photo. My appointment was booked for 1-3pm and I had another appointment right after so I was unable to discuss my concerns at the time but the woman at the check out desk said I had 3 days to come back in if I had any complaints. I came back Sunday morning when the open and I was able to talk to the woman who cut my hair. I let her know I was unhappy and she apologized and took photos of my hair as wel
