Ms. Carol has been nothing short of amazing. I love coming in her store!!! She’s very knowledgeable, carries a variety of good quality products, and very friendly. Thank you for always assisting me and having what I need! You are greatly appreciated ❤️.

I shop at this store regularly, but today I was the last purchase for me. My daughter and I were smelling the body oils, not noticing the signage that said “not to rub on skin”, the owner watched me smell and rub the oil on my hand to test and then proceeded to tell me I had to purchase it, after me telling her that she can’t make me purchase anything and admitting that I didn’t see the signage, she proceeded to say “ I don’t feel like going back and forth”, very boldly in my face. I suggest putting the oils behind the counter only displaying samples for customers to smell, if you want to enforce such policy. Even after her remark, I still made a purchase, the owner didn’t even thank me. I will NOT be returning!!

I have been coming to this beauty supply for many years and the store owner is always great always willing to help me when I have questions about any of the products. Give me suggestions on what’s best to use and go the extra mile. Even when it comes to my kids. I will and forever support this black business.

Having a black owned beauty shop in the area is a wonderful thing.. I love the fact if it’s something you want that Carol may not have she’ll go out her way to try satisfying her customers but dispute the fact you can’t satisfy everyone… Carol is the best
