Carson Nails

I usually come in as a walk in and I have always been seen right away. I'm not usually a nail salon "regular" but I've been going faithfully now for about 3 months. It has always been a great experience with attentive staff. I don't get anything fancy- just solid gel polish. I love the array of color options. It is always clean and doesn't have too harsh of a chemical smell. Other places in town have given me grief about not having an appointment. I'm a mom of 2 toddlers and I have to just run away when it works best for our family - it's hard to plan ahead of time. I've tried several places in town and Carson Nails has provided the most reliable and friendly customer service by far.

First time going into this nail salon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! We came in as walk-ins. I took my 17 year old to get a full set because she has her senior pictures coming up. She had never had her nails done before. She walked out of there nearly in tears and embarrassed. My daughter had her inspiration picture (first picture) of what she wanted and the lady didn’t do anything close to it (second picture). When I called her out on it before paying she said she didn’t have the tools to do the inspiration photo designs and she didn’t have time for anything else. Seeing my daughter almost in tears and hiding her hands I decided to just pay and leave as quickly as possible. Later my daughter told me that she felt so bad because the lady told her that her fingers looked more like

I’ve been to many nail salons, but none compare to this one. The staff is friendly and professional. My nails turned out gorgeous and the polish lasted weeks. Definitely my new favorite spot!

I went in to get acrylics removed. Instead of soaking them off, they just ripped them off. My nails have clear damage on them from this. Peices of natural nail were ripped off with the acrylics. And i have little blood lines under my nails now. I also believe they may not be sanitizing things correctly because at one point, she slipped, and the clippers got the skin on my thumb and it has been getting more and more swollen. Im honestly very upset about the damage to my nails and the blood lines.

Horrible pedicure and gel manicure. The lady that did mine was super quick - my gel manicure I had polish on my skin and she told me to just pick it off. If I could give zero stars I would - avoid this place at all cost Update - 2nd photo. 24 hours after my gel manicure. Horrible! Spent $135 for 2 gel manicures and 2 pedicures for this. My dollar tree nail polish lasts longer
