Not sure about the other manicurists, but the one I went to yesterday for a fill, did not listen to what I was asking. I asked for a natural shape, which was possible; but she said she couldn't do it, as I had cut the length of my nails off - so okay, I let her do square. However, she cut my nails unevenly and the acrylic is not even laid properly. When I asked her to refile or add more acrylic to even some nails out, she said that my nails were 'supposed to be like that'. Would not come back. This was the WORST job for $50. Not worth it. On the bright side, the receptionist was a doll! Very sweet and offered me water when I walked in.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but I will never step foot in this shop again. Today, the technician literally cut my finger during my service. When I pointed out the bleeding and asked for a small $5 discount for the injury—just $5—she looked me in the eye and lied, saying she 'didn’t see a cut.' To make matters worse, she still had the audacity to ask for a tip after physically hurting me and then gaslighting me about it. I don’t leave reviews unless something is really great, or really bad. Unfortunately, my experience here was *really* bad. After 2+ hours, I walked out with lumpy, streaky, horrible nails. I have never seen anything like it. It may have just been my tech, but I will not be risking going back to spend $60 on a set like this again. The photo does not even show how messed up it was.

I have been coming here for a little over 3 years and the service is anything but reliable. The only thing they consistently do is consistently let me down. 1 out of 5 times is quality and I come every time with hope. Paying $70 for an acrylic fill is never something I would expect, however the price changes every time you go. I have had lumpy acrylic, poorly shaped nails, cuts in my cuticles and overall disappointing experiences. My nails also never last longer than 2 weeks, if I am lucky, due to thin nails or lifting nails. I kick myself each time for returning but this past experience wa any final straw.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. I called ahead before coming in and was told I could come, yet when I arrived, I was made to wait over two hours. During that time, staff repeatedly walked away from me, ignored me, and took multiple walk-ins ahead of me, despite my prior call and arrival time. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic respect was shocking. What made the experience worse was the blatant discriminatory treatment.
