I loved it! Janaya did an amazing job 💕 the color is what I was looking for, and she chose it right away, from what I explained. The stuff is very nice! I was pleasantly surprised by the price as well, just $50 for that work is wow.

unfortunately not a good experience at all getting a manicure. My cuticles are cut and skin around my fingers are peeling. The two nails with extensions were left way longer than my natural nails that I ended up filing down myself at home (would have asked to file them down had I noticed while at the salon). Usually a nail tech should compare the nails on each hand to make sure they're even but that was clearly not done. Also the polish at the tips of the nails is uneven/bumpy and wasn't smoothly applied over all the way down/under the nail. It seems like they are employing techs who could use a lot more training and experience before charging top prices for these very bad results. I had a gel manicure done this morning with my nail tech, whom I really like. Unfortunately, about two hours after leaving, I noticed the gel starting to bubble on most of my nails. I returned to the salon later that afternoon to show them what was happening, but since my nail tech had already left, they said they could only fix two nails as a “courtesy,” even though about 8/10 nails were affected. Now I’m left waiting for the rest to peel, which will likely happen by tomorrow, and they refused to correct the remaining nails. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced bubbling/peeling here…I had similar issues when I was a regular client in 2024. I decided to give them another chance today, but I’m very disappointed with both the service and how the situation was handled. I won’t be return

I have been going to Nail Paint Aventura for over 2 years, always a great experience. Yes! Sometimes the manicure last more than others, it could be the technitian, it could be the time of the year ( if i go to the pool or beach every day my nails will not last that long). Service is great, staff members are very nice and welcoming and I love how clean the salon is. The best part is the no chemical smell! It is a bit more expensive than other salons , but to be fair, any salon with a similar service , atmosphere and product will charge a higher rate. About the price: prices are available in their site, there is no surprises.

I was a loyal customer for years and spent around $3,000 here, which is why this is so disappointing. I received services in December based on a gift card balance the salon confirmed. Two months later I was contacted and told I had to pay due to a “system glitch.” Customers don’t have access to their internal gift card records, so there is no way to verify this. Rather than taking responsibility for their error, I was pressured to pay and the communication became unprofessional. I ended up having to cancel my debit card to prevent any unauthorized charge. This was not the level of customer service I expected after years of loyalty. I am very disappointed.
