I wanted to share my bad experience during my recent eyebrow threading appointment. I got multiple small cuts, and there are still hairs left behind. The service felt rushed and careless. Most of my service she was plucking the eyebrows might as well pluck them at home. I'm very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I’ll also never recommend your salon to anyone!! I wished I would’ve asked for a refund but I just wanted go get out of there.

First time at Casa de Hilo for eyebrow threading service. 10/10 recommended I was asked if I liked the shape multiple times throughout the service which is rare. I like my eyebrows specific so this made me feel very comfortable. I would come again.
