I spent a year taking care of my hair and getting it back to healthy. I went in to color the ends of my hair and the lady ended up burning and ruining my hair. It ended blond when I asked for brown. Seems like they only know how to do one style. And she kept commenting on how she wanted it and not how I wanted it. Anyways I had to cut my long hair to remove the parts she fried😭 now it’s shoulder length 💔

It's good and they cut your hair fast sometimes that could be bad but tbh it always comes out good
