I just moved over to this area and it was my first time visiting here. It was so clean and everyone there is so sweet and welcoming! They recommended me cat eye nails and it's probably the best thing ever!! I made an appointment for 3 weeks, I'm looking forward to what I should get done next 😀

I usually don’t leave somewhat negative reviews and I absolutely mean no harm by this but I just don’t feel good about this experience. I want to start by saying the service was GREAT… the communication not so much. I originally went in ONLY for a chin and eyebrow wax. Before going back to begin the service I asked how much it would cost, I was told $30. Not bad, I had no issue with it. After my wax I tipped in cash, $6, then at the register I was told it was going to be an ADDITIONAL $15 because the waxer did my neck as well… I went ahead and paid the bill in full because the service was already rendered and I don’t like NOT paying service providers for services already completed. I paid $45 for service $6 in tip even though I was throughly confused AGAIN I never asked for a neck wax, j

One of the worst gel manicure experiences I have had. They do not disclose an additional $20 for nail polish color, an additional $10 for a cracked nail per nail, an additional $10 to shape the nails. I went in with almond nails and continue to keep them as almond nails. But they charged me saying that they only do round and square for free. Which is actually ridiculous because it would’ve been more work for them to change my nails from almond to round or square. My nails began to crack, same day and continued to throughout the week while I was on vacation they looked absolutely horrible and I happened to be doing my pregnancy announcement so that sucked. Once I arrived home, I had to get them removed and cut all the way down. So I now can try to revive them from the damage that was done.

Terrible experience took them a whole hour just to remove my dip nails during which time I exclaimed, in pain multiple times from the nail filing and buffing. Aside from this, do not trust the pricing on their website. It listed dip nails as $45 but then they were going to add extra pricing for all kinds of things such as nail shaping… on my natural nails, not even tips!
